No attorney-client relationship. Using this tool does not create an attorney-client relationship between you and Ridley Law. The report you receive is general information, not legal advice. No privilege attaches to the document you upload or the report you receive.

AI-generated content. Your report is generated by an automated artificial intelligence system. It is not reviewed by an attorney before delivery. It may be incomplete, inaccurate, or wrong. Do not rely on it as a substitute for professional legal advice.

No document retention. Your uploaded document is processed in memory and deleted the moment your report is generated. We do not store it, we do not keep a copy, and it is never used to train any AI model. We retain only your name and email address so that we can follow up about your checkup. Your document is processed by Anthropic's Claude API under zero-data-retention terms.

California law only. This tool is designed for California revocable living trusts. It reflects California law only and is not appropriate for trusts governed by other states' laws.

Limitation of liability. Ridley Law provides this tool on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ridley Law is not liable for any damages arising from your use of this tool or your reliance on its output.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes arising from your use of this tool shall be resolved in the courts of Ventura County, California.
